• two Bedrooms, one with a king size bed (can be split into two long singles) and one with two long singles (can be joined to make another king)
• fully air conditioned
• bathroom has corner spa and separate shower recess
• lounge room has a three-seater lounge (folds out to a queen size, sprung mattress bed), a two seater lounge, high definition television, DVD and stereo system
• full kitchen/dining room including dishwasher and dining settings for 6
• laundry with washing machine, dryer and wash tub
• rear courtyard with LPG hooded barbecue and fold out clothesline
