We have two Three-Bedroom Townhouses which are in a complex immediately behind Dolphin Shores.  The Townhouses are two-storey.  Downstairs, there is a double garage, laundry with washing machine and dryer, double bedroom with split system air-conditioning (heating and cooling) and a large ensuite bathroom.  Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two long single beds that can be joined to make a king (additional cost applies).  The large bathroom has a corner bath and two entry doors allowing it to be used as an ensuite to the main bedroom or a shared bathroom with a door entry from the main passageway.  The living area is of open plan with a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining setting for eight and a large corner lounge that can fold out to a queen, latex mattress sofa-bed. This area has split-system air-conditioning (heating and cooling), a TV with DVD player.  The kitchen has a gas, four–burner cooktop, under bench electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, full-size stainless-steel refrigerator.  The open living area opens to a large balcony with a six-burner, stainless steel barbecue and an eight-seater outdoor dining table.
